I am a full time real estate agent who provides information and Real Estate services regarding residential, commercial, industrial, property management, real estate planning, and counseling to consumers in California City and it's surrounding areas. As more and more of the population gain an interest in owning property, the demand for full service buyer and seller brokerage services has increased along with the demand for impeccable customer service. In addition, I can also provide information and assistance regarding real estate licensing, mortgage financing, types of real property ownership, contracts and leases, transfer of title, land use controls, sales contracts, real property valuation, basic residential construction, home renovation, fair housing & ethical practices, as well as property insurance. am also a graduate of the United States Marine Corps - Leadership, Financial Management, and Management courses, coupled with 4 years of honorable service. I have been working in real estate since September 2004 and have been a Member of The California Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS since February 2005. I hold many honors and awards including the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Award (1997), the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for superior service (2003), Combat Action Ribbon for service under fire in Iraq (2003,) Director for the California City Chambers of Commerce (2007-2008), GAVAR MLS committee member (2008), and a member of the GAVAR Local Government Relations committee (2008) |
